What a beautiful colour palette. Your paintings are mesmerizing and dream like.

The main figure looks at me with penetrating eyes. Eyes only you can paint! I cannot look away. Some of the situations the figure is in are impossible. As a result the painting is surreal rather than realistic. Which is fascinating. What is behind it? I as the observer want to know more.

I am the proud owner of Gisela's painting 'Shadow Play'. I love how the different materials come together. Especially with the epoxy layer. The colours really appeal to me. The painting feels dreamy and comforting.

I particiated in the mono type workshop. It was a really fun and informative workshop. It's an interesting technique that I hadn't tried yet. You can make a lot of beautiful things with it. Thank you very much for the inspiration.

I already own several works by Gisla Boleij and am super happy with my latest acquisition 'Dear Hare'. I think Gisela's art is very beautiful and fairytale-like. Her works make me happy.
